The Helmores website is linked to their internal computer software to ensure daily updates. Helmores also knew that they must keep their website fresh and up to date. Therefore Formoda have created a specialist content management system which allows them to update featured properties, the header image, their Ask the Expert feature and Team Profiles.
Email marketing
To ensure that their customers hear about new, reduced or newly available properties first, Helmores have an email alerts system which sends quick and attractive details
by email.
They also are able to keep their vendors up to date with information about views and enquiries about their property.
