Already a thriving natural health supermarket in South Devon, Greenlife found that online sales weren't matching this success, so they turned to Formoda and Sam Gilson to breathe some new life into their Internet marketing. Within a year they had established a worldwide presence for their products in a truly global market.
With thousands of products on their books it didn't make any sense to re-enter products more than once so Formoda set up a system to integrate with their existing EPOS, direct from the warehouse.
Content management system
The products still needed to be formatted for the web - put into categories, add in images and appropriate copy - so Formoda created an extensive content management system for Greenlife to do this and more. With a dedicated webmaster Greenlife are able to update products, events, offers, news and features.
Order processing and worldwide delivery
Making ordering easy was imperative but so was making the order processing for Greenlife. VAT reports, client order sheets and a refunds system have been set up. Greenlife were also the victims of their own success as orders started to flood in from far and wide - so Greenlife and Formoda created a unique delivery calculation system for countries all over the globe.
Search engine optimisation
Formoda help to ensure that their website is easily found all over the world. Search engine friendly page URLs and site maps, submission to Google Base, Twitter and Facebook updates and content managed meta data all help achieve the goal of reaching a wider, global market.
